send an email with photo attached.
All plaques are manufactured using our etched zinc process. All
plaques are over-coated with a clear UV protectant coating that
preserves your memorial regardless of seasonal weather conditions.
Because each plaque is custom-made, delivery time is
approximately 3-4 weeks. For purchasers of the "Ultimate Portrait
Package," please add an additional two weeks to the delivery time.
Signs and Plaques.com provides free shipping to lower 48 U.S.
states via UPS Ground for
all purchases. Customers must provide valid street addresses for
shipping; we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
Returns are accepted only in those situations where the plaque
contains information different from what has been submitted. To
ensure the desired product, make sure that your information,
including spelling is correct at the time of ordering.
